Mesa CTO to Speak at AICC Conference
Wininger to deliver presentation on Continuity Planning

The Mesa Group is proud to announce that David Wininger our CTO have been asked to speak at the AICC annual meeting in Las Vegas October 5th – 7th 2009. This is the fourteenth annual meeting of the International Corrugated Packaging Design Competition, PackExpo. David will be an Early Bird keynote speaker on Wednesday, October 7, 2009.
The title of David’s address is Continuity Planning in Your Business.
Jim Smith, Founder and President of The Mesa Group, will also be attending the meetings. Jim noted, “As a compmany, we are excited to have this opportunity to discuss such a critical issue with many of the leading business leaders of the day.”

Mesa is excited to introduce our new Chief Technology Officer, David Wininger
Dallas – June 2009
David is recognized in the public and private sectors as an expert and seasoned practitioner of systems implementation, federal compliancy, business continuity and disaster recovery, operations, and information technology security. He has held executive positions in private firms and in the federal government while maintaining a hands-on command of current technologies and management practices.
He served as the Chief Information Officer for the U.S. Strategic Weapons Program, including Director of the Space and Special Warfare Systems Command Information Technology and as Chief Information Officer of Special Operations Engineering. Mr. Wininger began his career in the Marine Corps in 1973 where he served for 21 years.
A 1982 graduate of attended the University of Maryland, he received a BS degree in Engineering. He earned a Master of Science degree in Computer and Electrical engineering from the Johns Hopkins University in 1996. Also, David is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco, GA.
