Flex Time
We offer this benefit because we recognize
that people work their best at different times. So, employees
who are early risers can opt to come in at the crack of dawn.
We also have employees who prefer to burn the midnight oil.
Employees are encouraged to work with their manager to establish
a working schedule that satisfies the mutual interests of
the employee and the company.
Casual Dress
Guidelines have been devised to afford
all employees a relaxed and flexible environment. Casual Dress
is year around. There are certain occasions when the dress
code becomes Business Casual, but that is rare, and only for
a day to two at a time. These guidelines are broad enough
in scope to allow each person an individual look. The choice
is yours.
Break Room and Snacks
The company furnishes coffee, soft drinks
and snacks free of charge to its employees. Just put in your
request to your branch manager and your favorite snack will
be made available in the break room for your snacking pleasure.
Company Meetings and Lunches
The partners feel it is very important
to communicate with the entire company on a periodic basis.
Lunch is provided by the company during a company wide meeting
held every other month. This gives employees a chance to ask
questions and be brought up to date on pending and future
business opportunities and changes in the company directly
from the partners. 
Team Building
With two branch offices, one on the East
Coast and one on the West Coast, it is sometimes difficult
to get to know co-workers. To foster communications and build
relationships the company brings employees from the other
offices to work at corporate, in Dallas Texas, for a week
at a time. In return the Dallas employees are sent East and
West. This provides a great way to get to know each other
in the company up close and personal.
