| Professional Development The Mesa Group offers a variety of education and opportunities to help employees grow professionally.
Technical and Business Training
We provide in-house CBT training as well as outside training that will enhance employee's skills on a project or add new skills to their base of knowledge. A few examples are Visual Basic, Java and SQL.
Employees are encouraged and given the time to attend free technical and business seminars that they are interested in.
We also encourage our employees to keep pace with the information technology sector and its ever changing paradigms by sending different representatives each year to such conferences as Common, IBM AS/400 workshops and others as they apply.
- Management Development
In a small entrepreneurial company such as the Mesa Group our employees have many opportunities to establish working relationships with Chief Financial Officers, Chief Executive Officers and other senior executives with customers. These relationships offer ways for our employees to gain valuable experience and advance their business expertise.
The Mesa Group also offers its employees mentoring from the senior level partners of the company.
- Continuing Education
We have a strong commitment to continuing education and offer a tuition aid program that will pay up to 100% of the cost of your course(s) based on grade achieved. The Mesa Group will also work to flex to your class schedule where possible. These courses do not have to be work related.
